Catering……. The main question. What do you want? If catering can answer that and your cooking is really the bomb! By all means go for it. Look at all your factors before you jump in. what will you need to start? How much will supplies cost? How can I reduce those expenses? How much should I charge? Should I cater to every order or have set menus? What should our uniforms look like?And keep asking questions to yourself. Answer everything possible on paper to see the reality of what you are getting into. And remember…… Can I make a profit and feed my family while also supplying the business? Where do I store my supplies? Catering is alot of communication. You need to learn how to sell. Reach out to where the customers needs are. How can I help you today? Listen to their stories and already have a plan of what everything you provide costs. Portfolios of your plates and what you serve will be good. add that to expenses. I can go on and on. But this should start your brainstorming. I am almost debt free and my rental business can hit it off within 6 years. If I can do it you can do it. I wish you many successes. plan plan plan.
